You can now build your own courses, syllabuses and exams, have your workforce complete them —online or in person— and, above all, keep proof that the training actually happened: a diploma signed by the tutor and the worker. With no campus to set up and no Moodle to maintain.
Why a training module, and why a simple one
Training a frontline workforce —people in the field, the factory, the store or the warehouse— has two challenges: reaching everyone (many don’t have a corporate email) and then proving the training was completed, especially when an audit or an inspection shows up. Moodle-style platforms solve the first at the cost of complexity almost no one needs. We went for the essentials: train well and keep it proven.
Build courses, syllabuses and exams in minutes
Organise content into lessons, upload your materials and add multimedia resources —videos, PDFs, slides or images—. Close each course with an exam and a pass mark, and you’ll know instantly who has passed and who needs a refresher.
Online, in person and by edition
Launch the course online so everyone learns at their own pace, or create in-person editions with a date, capacity and tutor. Reuse the same syllabus campaign after campaign without rebuilding it from scratch.
The proof: a diploma signed by tutor and worker
This is the difference. Every completed course generates its proof: a diploma signed electronically by the tutor and the worker, stored in their record. When an audit or an inspection arrives, you justify the training on the spot, without hunting for paperwork.
All from the employee app
Training lives in the mobile app, alongside the rest of each person’s working relationship. Announce a new course with a push notification and it reaches everyone, including those without a corporate email. No leaflets, no notice boards.
